The Property is very good, but somehow it fails to give that Rajasthani warmth of hospitality. Staff and service was very poor. Time and again behind us for checkout as their elite foreigner guests were expected, not realising I was traveling with kids. They charged me 150 rs for 300ml milk for my 2 year old despite paying 1500 extra for breakfast. Breakfast option was only aloo paratha and poha.

heritage property with a good view. property owner need to work on lights in rooms and bathroom cleaning else everything is perfect. staff and owner behaviour is good

The hotel refused to refund a partial amount. Despite repeated attempts the request to refund the partial amount since we had to check out from the hotel earlier. Very disappointing.

Amazing property with Nice homemade food and bigger and clean rooms. The staff was very cooperative and quick In service. Would prefer the property for stay and Bundi.The property is located in center of city and easy to approach. Yes preferred for family

Unfortunately the moment I shared I have booking from ibibo I was said that first see the room we r offering then we will do ok from our side .. I was shown a roof with any tv which I denied then was given another room which was good .. The moment I checked in I was shocked to find that there is no network in room and on enquiring was told that the particular room has network problem And we can't change room .... finally I had been shared wifi and that too does not work in room had to sit in lobby ... Very dissatisfied

the hotel is value for money but there is no wardrobe in hotel rooms and no soap for bath, shampoo avaliable in hotel bathrooms
