the stay was excellent. The staff is good, each one feel that they are responsible to make our stay pleasant. I had sore throat, the moment I told at reception that I need some kadha type drink and then Dining team called at my room, and asked me what recipe they should use.They made the Kadha and I just asked them price later, and they just said that it's on us, dont worry, you just get better. so everyone was bothered to make the stay more comfortable.

unlike how rich you are and not with a good heart. this hotel how big it is but service and management is just pathetic. will ever not check in to any itc hotel. very bad management

The experience from the time we entered the hotel till the time we left was brilliant. The staff was very hospitable and made us feel valued.special mention to Jigna & Shravani who welcomed us warmly,decorated the room for the birthday girl beautifully and went out of the way to look after our stay & assist us several times.Kindly encourage and support such diligent employees who make our stay memorable and make us want to visit again
