it is a perfect pocket friendly hotel with good location. staff was very friendly and soft spoken. room was clean and all basic amenities were provided. it is a perfect spot for you stay in shimla.

Cleanliness needs to be taken care .Staffs were good ,chef was good in nature but food and hygiene needs to be better and staffs needs to be trained on this

It is no way close to what is shown in the pictures, it seems like it's a different property altogether. I'd like to specially mention and appreciate the staff for arranging us a better room as the room we selected (by looking at the pictures) was pathetic in every possible sense. The three stars I rated was just because of the staff.
