Room & Washroom both are very compact no space to move around. worst thing is provide bread toast & tea only in complementary breakfast.

There room was not so clean. there was mouse in room . Food quality was too low .staff was rude .room furnishing was not so good toiletries were of cheap quality.

We had booked 2 rooms. We came from Delhi for attending a conference. The stay was exemptional i should say and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs were also very polite and service is quite appreciable. They respond to you without any delay. I would choose to stay here if I come to ludhiana again.
