I had a really good stay here at the IVY park. I booked a standard room for me, wife and son. But, upon arrival, the manager offered a free upgrade to a larger room. A big thanks for this goodwill gesture. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bathroom was also clean. The hotel property is also spacious with neatly maintained lawn, some basic equipment for children, a clean swimming tank, well paved parking lot.
The breakfast was delicious, a little late though (started at 9 AM, was expecting it at 8 AM).

great place for a relaxing stay. very scenic views from the balcony. the rooms are spacious and clean. staff is good. there are minute changes needed in the room facilities though. the unlimited breakfast is awesome, completely satisfied with the food quality. overall, sure recomend if you want to stay in panchgani.

i am absolutely appalled by this disgraceful experience my family and i faced during our stay at ivy park resorts on december 29, 2024. our booking was nothing short of a nightmare, and the treatment we received from the resort staff, particularly the manager, was completely unacceptable.
the first room provided had no key – a basic error that should never have happened. and the manager told ne to adjuat for night by locking it inside & he would use the matter key to open it if required

Stay was comfortable. Amenities was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Dining services could have been better as they took more than 45mins to deliver our food. Food was tasty though but price was a bit on the higher side. Overall it was good.
