charged extra 200 rs for Visiting Guest,No room service or nearby hotels ,remote location,worst staff

Guest has booked for single occupancy but he stayed double occupancy,so that's why we changed Rs.200/-

worst kind of stay i experienced till now, dirty washrooms no maintenance, creaky doors, smelly bedsheets, poor mattress.
