Limited options for food, and snacks apart from bread and butter not available in the evening. Overall, not a good choice if you want to stay here with your family, as this building is on the highway and doesn't meet all the criteria of modern hotels. There is loud music in the surroundings which goes well into the night. And no tourist attractions or markets in the immediate vicinity. It was my worst experience with a hotel stay.The stay was pathetic during our two days.There was no proper response inspite of calling multiple times to the reception desk . We were having a disturbance on the middle of the night at 2:00 a.m and it was being created by some drunk people in the same floor in a different room. Inspite of complaining , nobody came to actually address this issue.The next day, there was no hot water supply throughout the day. The people at reception come and go as they wish and do not respond to the issues by the residents. Overall a very bad stay personally.

1. Room is clean and tidy. 2. Room service is good. 3. Food is tasty. 4. Bit far from sight seeing. 7kms from Lonavla market area. 5. Only swimming pool is there. It is not clean.Can be maintained better. 6. Nearby Mr. Bean trampoline is there where kids can have fun but a little expensive.

Rooms - 3.5☆. Neat, Clean, Spacious New Rooms with lovely mountain view. Very peaceful, nice location. Near Old Mumbai Express Highway. Free Stilt Bike/Car Parking is also available. Ac/ Fans/Very Very Hot & Cold Water Shower/T.V. with maximum channels, normal Swimming Pool/ Basic Indoor Games all properly maintained and in working condition. Staff - 5☆. hotel was good. it is far from city centre. actually its 5 km only but transportation is teribally costly in lonavala. food is average. chinese food is not so good, panjabi is good. rooms are nice and clean

Location is good specially view from window. AC was not working properly in room no 203. Rooms are clean. Overall stay is awesome. Checkout time is too early i have to pay extra money for late checkout.
