it was horrible. staff refused to accept me as a guest because my id had a local address. remaining people did not. we were asked to pay 1200/- over what we had paid for staying. also, the food service was downright pathetic. in the restaurant, it took them 1 hr 20 min to get a simple biryani. and 20 minutes at the end for bill. staff is not trained at all for the price tag you pay for and the service you expect. spend some more and go piccadly or same at lemon, they are nearby only.

I had a terrible stay in this hotel, their AC is not working properly, had to request the receptionist to allot a different room, the person was clueless as to what to act next, after requesting back to back, they allotted a small room. I will recommend no one to stay in this hotel. PATHETIC is the word for this property. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE I should say.... 😐

We reached at 1am but staff was able to provide good service and they also have a round the clock menu. Parking is not covered and car had to be parked outside however was guarded by their guards. Otherwise a very comfortable stay

The Hotel was located near to the airport.
The service and Cleanliness was good.
The food which we had in the top floor of the hotel was included with a complementary breakfast, " but the lunch and dinner were a bit costly."
Overall the hotel was good but I will prefer it if you want to stay for not more than 3 days.
