They didn't give me the booked room, after some arguments and local peoples support they arranged an alternative space, and no towels, soap, hotwater, drinking water too, it was a horrible experience. is this the way to treat a customer, a single lady in a hilly space...you people gave me a horrible stay...

It's comfortable for all locations because it's nearby Bus stand.. food also good and it's in time.
there is no disturbance while we check in & check out.. wheather we are in room also..
