property was good and all the staffs were good apart from the one guy at the front desk. as soon as we arrived he greeted saying we would not have accepted . (we have 100s of options it’s better you mark it as soldout its you who was offering services)

Great experience, comfortable stay, professionally trained staff, good buffet breakfast, around 5 KM from bus stand and appro. 7KM from Dehradun Rly station

Comfortable Hotel, and very conveniently located for travel to Haridwar or Rishikesh. Nice indoor swimming pool and recreation room. Breakfast was great too

Looked like decent hotel, but room service food was poor taste and extremely less quantity. rooms were clean and staff was accommodating but room's entrance lock was not working, used manual keys. Breakfast was good but cheese omelette had no cheese, disappointing. Good ambience but high-rise room unavailable.Overall average experience, can be improved.

Experience was mixed at Hotel JSR Continental from check in to check out everything was done efficiently by Ms preeti...she was very helpful.but there were some issue occurred during my stay. I could not use wi fi as tried it many times...there was much more electricity problem. and the time taken by genarator to restart the electricity was much more than as usual...the main and very big problem faced that the floor of washroom was blocked by the water each and every time after use it many time ...more

food is good, staff is friendly, room is fabulous, i booked 2 rooms for a price of per room for 2 days , maybe cause of new year eve the price was bit high. They have in-house bar facility, but starters or bar cater is very expensive, i'd suggest make your own arrangements.
