Good property but needs to be maintained more. swimming pool was not working. food was good and tasty. overall a very nice and peaceful place to stay. Staff is really good at work reception desk Mr. Bhoopendra is very nice and helpful. Loved to visit here again.

at the time of booking I have mentioned 5 person for two room .and the time of check inn he told me that he provide me extra bed at no extra cost but later when I asked them for extra bed they denied and asked for 600 extra charges pool is not working as per they charged I will give him only one star for the location. bad experience 😪

the hotel was satisfactory one however its kind of more like a small room with 1 bed and 1 almirah only . not big enough. however due to ongoing winter season in dehradun I had requested for a heater to which they provided asap. overall I grade it as 2 on a scale of 5 but its cost effective . rooms could had been bigger and cleaner

Room was not that much clean as we expect from this high standard of hotel. There was no soap, warm water to wash hands. I asked for TV channels to be installed, there was no revert as they said they are but nothing happened Food quality was really BAD felt like eating stale chicken. Even a road side wender provide better food THAN JSR. I was so dissatisfied that i checked out at 8:30pm in evening, though my stay was still 12 in morning next day...

This is the first hotel in my life that didn’t have a power backup. Room was so so small that I couldn’t even walk. Management was rude as well.
