Excellent place. really gives jungle feeling. beautiful cottages with balcony overlooking farms. Clean washrooms. Excellent service. Tasty food. They do have room service as well. Clean swimming pool which overlooks Koyna river. There is no mobile network, thus no connectivity, however they have wifi which is available thus Watsapp calls are possible.Electricity issue is there, however they do have generator.They arranged for a jungle Trek which was superb. we saw many birds and beautiful nature ...more

wrong description mentioned on that this place is appx 7 km from mahabaleshwar...this place is 25 km away from city which takes around 1.5 hr on mountain to reach from mahabaleshwar. if I would have known this, I would never booked this place...... my whole tripe got waste looking for this place.....

There is no mobile network, WI-FI & Intercom is must. Its far from Mahabaleshwar so better to keep necessary things with you. Staff is really helpful (Specially the person name is Shinde) Beautiful location,

Location wise it's very good but reaching there was problem as there is network problem over there so one have to carry map with them to locate it as it's far away from Mahabaleshwar but once you reach there then it's actually a good thing that there is no network available over here & you get time to spend with your family. The property is good too & their rooms & services are great as well & even the food they provided was good as well. It was an excellent stay of mine.

The location was nice & located in a commercial area. The hotel ambiance was good. It was near to the Pratapgad fort. There was some electricity problem as power backup also not working. Swimming pool was also there. No WiFi. The stay was OK.

This resort is good escape from your city life with no cellular network, between the forest and very good amenities. Caretaker Bharat is a gem of a person never says no to anything. Overall a good place to go out with family and friends.
