paid for Lakeview room. but they gave a room on 3rd floor. Which had no lake view. I asked to change the room to any top floors as there are 10 floors. but the didn't. After receiving payment, they cheated us with a less demanding low floor room which has blocked lake view. Response of the staff when asked for other room was pathetic
