The Rooftop restaurant is a very good experience there but the food quality is not up to mark

Starter not added in MAP Plan and hotel serves limited food and vegetables

Worst experience ever had . Staff behaviour was rude , the bathroom was pathetic. There were stains in the bathroom and the door was not getting closed. Also they have charged us 500 ₹for a small period stain which was unacceptable. Better look for different hotels don't waste your money!

we had amazing Experience at JW cruise. We had a stay of one night at 19th March, 2022. On request they gave a complimentary upgrade of room. both girls sitting at reception were very co operative and gentle.
Rooms were very clean and staff was also co operative. The best part of the Hotel is their roof top Cafe. it has amazing view and food was delicious.
overall amazing experience at JW cruise.
Must take stay here.

GREAT SERVICE STAFF ALSO IS VERY GOOD CLEAN ROOM BUT SOME ISSUES IN WASHROOM AND GUEST LAUNDRY ISSUES But Food And Staff is very nice and friendly

My first experience on a JW cruise is best. easy check-in and check-out. they also assist in case of early check-in depending on availability.
