Kaaynat Mahal Doesn't have elevator and western toilet was only above 3rd floor. Rooms and Hotel is not shown as it is in pics.
Kaynaat Royale is better than this property of same owner. we are moved to Kaynaat Royale after negotiating. Management not cooperative. Service Staff is good. 1star for transferring to a better property, otherwise Zero star.
No Elevator. The reception area is messy. Bad Rooms, Colour falling out of the Walls.

hotel renovation is going on. hotel rooms are very small hotel rooms are not clean paint is coming out of walls ... only good thing is staff is very good for that I have given 1 rating otherwise it deserves zero

must Tell that Room is on which Floor, and Toilet is Indian , we need Comort , Ambience is ok, but Hotel Must Provide details that Room is in 4th Floor and Lift is not Available

property location is Good and food also Good
& Nice behaviour Staff also.
