Hotel room was good but there was not sufficient staff.

I have given 5 star rating mainly because of two things : 1) Hotel Manager Shashank was very courteous and prompt. 2) Team was trying to amend the problems, as and when the complaints were pouring in
Having said that, there were many loopholes, which they attempted to fix, in vain. Initially, my door lock was not working, we complained, and team spent 30-40 minutes to fix it. worst place to stay, the rooms are like dharamshala, no facility for hot watter, blankets are smelly, and rates are too much.
don't know why they are charging this much, neither they have special location, rooms are like dharamshala, no facility, close the hotel at 10pm.

It is very budget friendly hotel with perfect mountain top view. Rooms are also too spacious n clean all facilities are perfect. Mr. Manav the owner is very polite n friendly☺️

Stay experience was 3rd class due to many reason
1. They provide hot water in bucket.
2. Room and washroom was very dirty
3. Owner of the hotel don't now how to talk as his behaviour was rude.
4. They don't provide food.
5. At evng they switched of whole the lights
and due to hotel look like horror movie area.
6. Kanara hotel is not a hotel. As per me dharamshalla is more better to stay.
7. I have more points to say but overall I would like to say don't stay here otherwise you journey is waste.
