we called restaurant at 12:59 pm to order our lunch. but they said to call after 1:00 pm and disconnected the call.there was only 1 minute left and they refused to take the order.and there was a wash basin, its pipe was also leaking and water was falling down.the spa facility is written in amenities but there was no spa in hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Kasauli Continental Resort. The hotel is conveniently located on the Dharampur-Kasauli main road, which makes it very easy to find—especially helpful in a hilly area where navigation can be tricky.
The property is well-maintained, neat and clean, with ample space for car parking. The rooms are spacious and come with large balconies, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the breathtaking valley views. It's a great spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of ...more

everything from the washroom taps and handles to gate stoppers and chairs and tables in the balcony were broken. the towels were really dirty.

Shower and diverter was faulty. Didn't got hot water in the morning. There was some noises of moving furnitures and some equipment running all night.
