Our experience at Kasauli Pebbles was mixed. Check-in took much longer than expected as the receptionist couldn’t locate our prepaid booking. To make things worse, despite providing all necessary documents, my friend was still asked for a photo, which made us feel uncomfortable—although the staff member remained polite throughout.
The room itself was beautiful with a scenic view, but the balcony was covered in bird droppings, which we had to request to be cleaned.
