The hotel was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower head was a bit faulty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price." r comfortable and well-appointed rooms, excellent service, and delicious food.

Property was good, but not as such very good location, as per views etc, good food and staff was also ok. BUT THE MAIN PROBELM STARTS IN THE EVENING, AS THERE MATTRESSES WERE ALL WORN OUT, AND THEN ANOTHER SHOCK, WHEN THERE WASHROOM FLUSH SYSTEM STOPPED WORKONG AND INSTEAD OF GETTING IT SORTED, THEY GAVE US A BUCKET AND ASKED TO FILL AND FLUSH IT. BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET THERE PLUMBER OR STAFF TO REPAIR IT. THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN US ANOTHER ROOM INSTEAD OF BUCKET. HORRIBLE THING

Nice place to hangout with your friends and family, ambiance was very good. Comfy stay. Rooms were clean and hygiene. 7 to 10 minutes drive to Kasauli market. overall great experience.
Quick and easy check in , Cozy rooms and great room service.

We booked family suite for our stay the rooms were beautiful the view from room was awesome u can witness beautiful sunrise from your room window. They have a beautiful balcony too and The food was good so it was a good stay .
