Pros: 1. Near Famous Dal Lake 2. Courteous and Helpful Staff 3. All basic facilities like hot water, electric blanket 4. Value for money Cons: 1. Little bit difficult to locate 2. Below average cleanliness 3. Average room service Safe

First of all the location is not good. The rooms were very small. Hot water was not available. There was always power cut and during our 4 days stay it was always power cut and on one night we had to light up a candle as there was no power. I had booked room including Breakfast but the first two days I didn't get the breakfast. Not recommended for family.Rooms very small. Hot water not available. Always power cut. Location not good. Not recommended for family.

The rooms are terrible . The cost of room does not match the quality or experience. Would think twice before booking a room again in this hotel . Pls look for other options .

ELECTRICITY PROBLEM,HOT WATER NOT AVAILABLE ON TIME. ROOM ARE VERY SMALL AS COMPARE TO PRICE. ROOM VERY COSTLY AS COMPARE TO OTHER. IT IS A GUEST HOUSE NOT THE EXECT HOTEL.

Kashmir inn is a best hotel for couple as well as family stay. Behaviour of staff is very good and all things are best . Only one thing is that location is little but inside streets rest of things are best.
