food was pathetic and there servive delivery is very slow you have to call again and again to demand anything ..... and biggest scam is in there room they will show premium room in pic and real room would be much smaller and old fashioned

I travel a lot due to my style of work. Unfortunately, this was my first time in Lucknow and this hotel was just the worst experience ever. The woman at the reception was so rude. They do not allow you to get outside food, which they don't inform at the time of check in. She even told me to eat my food outside. Overall the room condition was also bad. there was a bad smell coming from the room. Bathroom was not good at all. Amd the actual name of the hotel is completely different which makes it difficult to find.

Good location, near by Lucknow railway station, big room, Overall Good. But there was no laundry service.
