Hotel is very good. But the management at hotel is not good. They have given my pre booked room on which i have already Paymnet has given is been given to another person . I have been provided another lower category room and the room which i have booked is not given to me . They made me wait for 3 hours in lobby . It shows how irresponsible immature staff are in hotel .

city view and balcony view are awesome. if u want some peace of mind, this is the right place. wifi is available only in reception area and not in room, which is a major concern for some people especially me, as i had to operate my laptop with hotspot from mobile.
The rooms were clean and hygienic. This place is 18 kms from edapally and 9 kms away from Ernakulam south railway station.

excellent, except for the hot water availability.. Room service bills are at the higher end when compared to a 3* , 4* restaurant taste wise it's good.. kindly try to make available an extra bottle of water, a bucket and mug for hot water since the capacity of heater is less than 3 liters
