The stay was horrible. To start with when as I got in my room I found cockroaches in the room. I ignored it for some time. I asked for lotion as it was not in the bathroom, but the receptionist refused as they did not provide it. I asked them to provide me oil instead and he refused that as well. Then I went out. After having my dinner outside when I came back and switched on the lights in my room cockroaches were all over my stuff. When I asked the reception guy he sent the 2 housekeeping guys ...more

Hotel looks decent from outside even staff was well behaved . But rooms cant explain all filled with cockroaches . Dont even ask everywhere the cockroaches were coming out . Was scared whole night to sleep as had small daughter sleeping with us .

The room was too small as we booked deluxe room. And the food quality is really pathetic. We ordered pea nut masala as this is my favourite. But quality was worst that i didnt eat it after a bite. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone else. Even they guys have charged just like nirvana hotels and clubs. But kg service is really not good

Need to improve quality and variety of Break fast. Not a single fruite was served. No porridge (दलिया), Idli, tea) displayed in Buffet Breakfast.
Parking place is in Basement but it is so dirty. May be it is not owned of Hotel. It May be Temporary.

It was good experience but the bathroom have a leakage problem and there is no curtain in the bathroom and the water stand in nearby surrounding because of small drainage pipe

Room was good at given rate but bathroom is little bit small. Only FTA channels are available in TV and no paid channels. Found spitting on walls and in dustbin. Breakfast is good and staff is also cooperative.
