The property is good. The staff is humble and helpful. We faced one issue with check in. The management did not allow us to checkin because the resort was fully booked. When we arrived we were told that the reservation was cancelled.
After we raised the issue with goibibo, resort management gave us a room.
Rest everything was good.

If you are looking for a quite couple stay then this is not the place. This is for a younger crowd and has good dining out and dance area. Pool is good. Approach road is not good. But hotel is near beach and hence convenient.
