toilet pan is not cleaning, room tiles are fully broken, I am booking bath tob room but bath is missing, no daily basis cleaning inside the room

Started with sheer ignorance when we reached hotel. Front desk manager was quite incompetent to handle bookings, rather found busy on personal phone most of time. We had to wait in the lounge for long. When the rooms were allocated, room keys of one room was 'missing' for over hours ! No toiletries, no floor mats, faulty sewerage system, no set-top box for tv, no remote for AC. Food was so very very average. I gave 2 stars only based on spacious room and games items in the lobby.

Wonderful Stay at Kings Crown Mandarmani Stayed at Kings Crown Hotel with my family at Aug 24. This resort is large and spacious with sufficient rooms, a swimming pool and ample parking are . A roads leads to the beach , near about 100 meter only, and just 3 min by auto/toto from Mandarmani beach market. Excellent place to spend some quality time with family and friends. Old but good maintained property and located at walkable distance from the sea beach. Wifi was working properly. Swimming pool was nice and big. Staffs are good at service and very polite. Restaurant staffs are well mannered and the food was delicious. My over all experience was excellent.

no intercom. no ambience and as picture shown in pic at the time of booking but no bath tub available total loss of money request for money back and no customer care support

I didn't step in, broken hotel, no maintenance, dirty swimming pool , everywhere construction waste lying . receptionist was adamant.I wanted a good stay so I moved to another nearby property and stayed .
