the room was spacious, clean and well maintained with comfortable bedding. the staff was also very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. i happily recommend this hotel for business or with family based on tariff & quality of service provided.

My stay at Hotel Kings Empire was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The location is incredibly convenient just minutes from Ernakulam Town Railway Station making travel super easy.

sorry to it's worst. 4*rated but all rooms were so pathetic. I saw Too many rooms to pick 1 for that night,all rooms have moisture,fungus problem and some rooms bathroom not functioning well, I saw STANDARD, DELUXE,EXECUTIVE,at last after more than 2hr we got one room that was Executive and they told me to pay Rs1000 and I paid rs800 ,I need to sleep so I didn't go for any quarrels.
I TOOK SOME PHOTOS FROM ONE OR TWO ROOMS THAT I'LL SHARE. I TOOK 1 VIDEO ALSO BUT HERE NO OPTION TO UPLOAD

The service from their is not very excellent, because morning there is not any hot water availability and overall it's good

"I recently stayed and had an amazing experience! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. Can't wait to come back!"

we booked the room after seeing the photos and size in sq.feet but we got a very conjusted room which is not similar to the photos.
no hot water available in the bathroom due to technical problem as said by them. damaged switch board. very poor front office support.
not recommended to anyone..
we trust your site, but we got an experience like this.. be careful while recommending this type of hotels..

traffic is high for the service they are offering, no compliment break fast, no hot water in barh room, room key not functioning.
