At 11Pm we check-in to hotel and we check washroom and other amenities . washroom, bedsheet and blanket was not clean .
We complained about cleaning and after that the staff cleaned the washroom.
Thankfully we always take our bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket .

such a good hotel in budget. i booked a deluxe room but there was some small issue with which my baby was not comfortable. i complaint about that the hotel staff updated us to a premium room. room was beautiful and spacious. arena of the hotel and room is elegant. hotel's restaurant is also super amazing with friendly and approachable staff. i enjoyed delicious food with my family. the traditional italian pizza oven was a plus, we enjoyed fresh pizza direct from traditional oven.

it was great experience of stay.
nice hotel nice location, super delicious food. best for those traveling for work in SGPGI Lucknow.
every staff of the hospital is friendly in nature.
cons- Small rooms, food menu over priced.

This is not a Business Hotel...rooms are very small and cozy. There are no windows to the rooms. Restaurant has good taste.
