i recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be good and clean, which was a positive aspect of my experience. however, i encountered several issues with the amenities that significantly impacted my stay.
firstly, the refrigerator provided in the room was not cooling at all, rendering it ineffective for its intended purpose. additionally, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly; i was unable to control the temperature using the remote, and it remained stuck at a rather un ...more
