We were so disappointed in this homestay that we left without seeking refund/compensation. Many of the amenities that were in the description were not available or present. There was no WiFi, the tv did not work, there was no access to balcony/terrace. The room was cold with no natural light and the windows faced straight into another room in the building opposite. The bathroom smelled like mould. The owner complained about the rate he was receiving for the room. This may work as a budget option ...more

Kitsel Homestay is very close to Rabangla Buddha Park at Sikkim. The room is very clean and well maintained. The food quality and quantity is great. Owner are very friendly. Overall staying experience is amazing. Loved it. 🥰

Kitsel Homestay exceeded our expectations on all accounts. In terms of location, it's near Buddha Park and a taxi stand. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean and provides a great ambience. The bathroom was topnotch and spacious with all required amenities. The hotel owner and his wife were extremely friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Though there was no electricity, we got lights through the generator of the place but no hot water. Overall it's a excellent place to stay and it's definitely recommended by me

It's not a home stay, the room is under ground & not to recommend any other travellers, pl visit the property then to recommend.

It's a homestay and the rooms are not in underground rather it is in 2nd floor.
