the staff were nice and pleasant but the bed spread and pillows had stains and looked dirty. the room was really small but even then, the ac was not enough to cool the room. only a small 500ml bottle was provided for drinking.

The room is clean and well-maintained, and its proximity to the railway station is a major convenience. However, the receptionist at the time was extremely rude and unprofessional, displaying an unwelcoming attitude. The elevator is very small, accommodating only two people comfortably. If you have luggage, transporting it can be quite difficult, and unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any assistance in such situations.
