We choose the Deluxe AC room and the rooms were good. The cook was out of town hence we didn't get a chance to try the food. The caretaker was polite and helped us in hassle free check-in and check-out. They have a good parking space. The location was great as well since it was close to Alibaug and Nagaon. We had car with us so it was easy to travel to places around the location. The wifi was a bit weak in the room we stayed in. There was network outside the room but not inside. reception not received phone whenever we called And also owner was very sincere but staff was rude i call at reception for drinking water but no 1 received when i gone down what i see was staff was sleeped. now due to human it is normal that we tired, but when i try to waked up, they said "sab pareshan karte hai hum bhi insaan hai"

stay is great. food you can definitely avoid. nearby restaurant Anisha is good option Also carry your own towels. they don't have towels. rest price to quality is perfect. (I got deal at 1800).

Overall good.big room and wash rooms. No DG in case of power failure.. suggest to install it to cottage owner. You can order food and they can make for you..

It's good and on cold session hotel arrange hot water is very happy for this. single stay that's why I am not taste there food but other services is good

The premises were clean. The Hotel is situated 15 mins walking distance from Akshi Beach. The room service phone was not working. No Hot water available, inspite of requesting several times, it was not made available. breakfast was of average taste & quality, but overpriced.

Its an average and not at all value for money.Pros:Good location near Akshi beachA/C workingCons:Not proper facility for hot waterThey burn dry wood pieces which causes lots of smokeTheir chimney was right in front of balcony which caused breathing problemThere were lots of mosquitoes and some cockroaches in room. Pic attached.
