never book this resort, they are just making money & no service, swimming pool water was so dirty, we got rashes problem, we spoke to owner he dined to take responsibility

my recent stay at kohinoor hotel diu was a mixed bag. on the positive side, the rooms were comfortable, and the stay was good overall.
however, i had some issues with the management, which could improve in terms of responsiveness and customer service. the food was average - nothing to rave about, but it got the job done.
the housekeeping service fell short of expectations, and the parking arrangements were inconvenient and disorganized.

i had book for 2 days stay for2 adult and 1 child (6 years). but they said that booking for child is only for one day and i had to pay 1120/- extra. this was very bad.

Manager is a very egoistic person. He should learn some manners for how to talk sweetly with users. The staff is good. Also, food is not available in breakfast. when I asked for pineapple they told me pineapple is over. I paid 3k for breakfast and they didn't even have pineapple. In room they even not giving water. only 2 small +910rs water is available. also frize is not in room but they write. also there is no door mat in room.

stay was good, the property is awesome.

hotel is very good..property is also very neat and clean but swimming pool water is not clean....all of this we enjoyed in hotel a lot...

the hotel property is good but the service, the behaviour of the staff and the rooms are maintained is not upto the mark. We have booked the family room and room offered to us was smelling. It looked like it was some outdated old room kind of. There was not enough warm water coming in the morning we have took bath with almost a cold water. Sofa available in the room was also dirty and stained.
