it is nice new hotel. the rooms were clean. staff were courteous and helpful. there was separate parking area. overall a good place to stay and good price point.

I stayed at the Kongu Residency for one day. The check in process was really smooth and fast. The staff was polite and very prompt in adhering to our requests. The room was very clean and nicely maintained. The washroom was top notch. The residency has a mess, bakery, and juice shop downstairs, so it becomes really easy for anyone and everyone to eat or refresh themselves with snacks. We tried lemon tea in the bakery and it was excellent. The hotel is just on the highway and has ample parking space. This was such a pleasant stay, I am definitely visiting the place again.
