It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed with my family. I had opted for Deluxe room but their so called deluxe room had a TV not working, stinky pillows and bed linen, garish tubelights, toilet dirty. In fact the wall mounted toilet commode was fitted at very high and I feared it would break. Wash basin was country made local which was huge with leakage. Location is good this is my 6th visit but treatment for booking is very worst. They made us to wait for half n hour even though we booked one day before. This time room neatness is also not well maintained.. overall booking treatment is worst worst worst.

stayed in Executive room. Room was spacious and neat. Wash rooms are good and neat. Good room service. Quality of Food can improve. Overall value for money proposition in a place like Palakkad. Good location in the middle of the town makes connectivity easy.
