overall experience with the hotel 1 star.reasonthey sell their property in 3-4 different names, so Castello suits, treebo, Sai ganga and Sai krupa all are the same property. impact is while i booked with kripa Sai , with all the amenities, nothing as such was available. for example they mentioned swimming pool in their property which is in fact a separate swimming pool inside an residential complex, which they have just taken the pic and added as amenities.but other than swimming pool, which was ...more

I was made to stay in Classio Suites and not in Hotel Kripa Sai for which booking done and charges were paid. Copy attached for your reference. Kindly refund the money of rs 1200.
