The hotel was value for money. The stay was quite good and peaceful. The ambience was pretty well. Only the room was too small for the amount they took. And They were not providing basic services like shampoo, coffee, electric kettle, etc. But there was good wifi connection and a smart tv. The room was clean, but the only thing was annoying that we found a small cockroach on the locker. They also provide complimentary drinks while checking in. The stay was overall good. It's was a awesome stay for couples and family. The staff behaviour were too good. Housekeeping was also too good.. And the resturant food was very delicious and affordable also. And the swimming pool also very clean. Nice hospitality I think everyone should try this property

This hotel is over priced as per facilities. Water leakage problem from the AC's, during booking it was mentioned that balcony is attached but the room they provide no balcony available, First time after check in they provide only 1 pcs shop after asking then they provide dental kit and toiletries which was mentioned at our booking site. hotel is very good and pool is in the rooftop. staff's behaviour is also very good.. but the main thing is The check out time is 9am and if you check out at sharp 10 am. for 1 hour they will charge you 200 rupees and they literally force you to pay the money for 1 hour. otherwise the hotel is very good.

Bathroom was very smelly. Room was very small with dirty balcony. Water pressure is very low 1 bucket to fill it took 15 min.No water pressure in shower. Swimming pool was not ready for guests. Worst experience. They also force for early checkout.
