Shocked to see basic amenities like Fan missing.After complaining to staff, they replied fan service was not mentioned in services of hotel at booking portal. Television was also not working. Switch board broken with wires coming out. Highly advisable to avoid this hotel.

worst experience front door was broken washroom door was broken no hot water dirty room and dirty washroom toilet seat was very upside

Very bad experience with this hotel, service was very poor. If I talk about amenities it was really miserable. Uncleaned washroom, bedsheet was dirty, the window and the door of the washroom was in very bad bad condition.we can't even able to close the door properly. After complaining the hotel staff came to fix the washroom window. Even the room's curtain fall down thrice. Room was stinky. plz avoid this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night and booked the family room.. Hotel location is perfect for people who love Nature.. Outside location is also good, you will see trees and mountains all around...the view from the room is just awesome...A perfect view The room service is also good and people are friendly Try tea in this Hotel...1 of the best tea I had ever drank.. Some issues I noticed in the room are 1- Some switches in the room doesn't work and some are burnt.. 2- There is some bad smell comin ...more

Interior of room was good was consition of toilets was all time smelling. Switches on switch board was burnt or not loosely hanged on switch board. Exhaust fan connection was disconnected. All door handles was not in working condition. They were all damaged. No bathing liquid or shampoo available. Very low quality hand soaps were available. Staff reporting on reception call was too poor. Location site was good. Bed condition for warm matress was available. Breakfast was good.
