Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are good and clean. Food was really good and even the service was great. Great place to stay within a budget. We had opted for the rooms with food package which I would recommend to all.

Hotel is ok. Basic amenities available. Situated right at bus stand. 5-10 mins away from mall road. Don't go buy room description, there is no balcony rooms in the hotel. Also no valley or mountain view. Suitable for people who just want to stay for nights in the room.

This hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay, but it falls short due to a few key issues. The lack of heating is a major problem, especially in the winter months. The building is also in need of some TLC. However, the hotel is located in a good area and the staff are welcoming. Unfortunately, the service is not up to par.
Close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. This makes it a convenient place to stay for those who want to explore the city.

Pathetic experience as staff is not cooperative. Hygiene is poor in washrooms and hotel rooms. parking is not available as it is shown while booking. Seriously not satisfied at all.

Its the average hotel. We have gone on christmas and not found any other option so booked this one. There is some issue we faced with shortage of water due to high booking there.
Room and Washroom is ok ok. Food is also ok but hotel rates are expensive due to season time.
Parking space is there for 4-5 cars and we are lucky to park there on time. Try to reach early so that you can get parking.
Go for this hotel if you don't have any other option
