Pathetic experience. The receptionist refused to allow us to check-in, on the pretext that the hotel ownership has changed and they cannot honor the reservation even after we had paid in advance. We had to argue and got the room somehow. It was very dirty and unhygienic, and nothing like the pictures on the website. Spare yourself the trouble and choose a better place to stay at.
