we were given with store room kind room .I have booked this hotel but the reality is different. no room heater, hot water tap was broken and water flow was too slow, no bonfire which was mentioned in outdoor activities . our expectations about good stay was destroyed

Right from the time we started with check-in, facing one or the other problem. took really long time for finding out the booking. They had already charged for 2extra beda but they were not ready to provide the additional mattresses and then we faced lot of difficulties while getting towels, blankets, pillows, additional bedsheets. blankets does not have covers and unhygienic.

Pros: 1. Great ambience 2. Clean rooms and washrooms 3. Quiet 4. Great staff Cons: 1. No restaurant available in hotel, they only serve tea and coffee. Also, no restaurants available at walking distance 2. Hot water not running in basins 3. No kettle available in rooms

We had a family stay of 3 days at this place. Although there is no room service here but they arranged food for us as we arrived a bit late from lunch time. Everything was far ahead than we had expected , right from the cleanliness, hospitality etc. Didn't feel like we were staying in hotel but a home. Owner and staff are very helpfull and they make every possible effort to make your stay comfortable and safe. Must recommend it for family stays.

la blooms is the best hotel ❤️ with friendly staff , hygiene and nearby ooty town with most amazing nature and scenary , the rooms are same as they show free wifi , la Blooms is ideal for couples and families

Rooms are very average for this price. The road to reach the hotel was very pathetic. We ordered food there it took 2hrs. But food was very worst and they are charging like regular restaurants.
