Staff is not at all polite, I admit that rooms are clean, but they don't provide enough toiletries and not even water. We were 8 people in 3 rooms, but they only gave 6 half ltr water bottles and single toothbrush in every room. After asking to reception, very rude guy on reception started arguing about hotel policies, I just went to give him suggestion, but they are too rude. If I am paying extra for 3rd person in room, why not give him extra water? where on earth 3 person can survive on only 1 ltr water and that too in hot fldays when temperature reaches 45⁰

food is very tasty. Room service is very good and reasonably priced. Rooms are very clean, with clean beddings and towels. Staff is professional and check in is quick and seamless. Great location. Highly recommend

my stay at la casa residency lucknow was excellent. i frequently visit lucknow and this hotel is always my preferred choice. the rooms are spacious and kept very well. the staff is helpful and available 24*7. the location is the best part as it is right on the main areas of gomti nagar.

Discent budget hotel. Receptionist was good. On second day of my trip he was on leave and the hotel didn't accommodated my driver to sleep in night though it was discussed with them in advance. .
