This hotel is worst in Goa. Room and reception services are very poor. We booked 2 rooms and faced many problems.Tissues are not available in washroom. For each and every thing we have to call helpdesk but they are not responding. After complaining lots of time, she said-we didn't recieved any call.

Hotel room was good but breakfast was worst, staffs were quite good bt they are very irresponsible, if you only want to sleep in room then only book this hotel, over all don't want to stay here next time.

Okies this the worst stay experience of my life, the hotel guys are highly unprofessional and have literally no manners nor can they speak with respect and they hold PHD in banging your door for unnecessary reasons..
The bed linens are so dirty it has fungus over it, bedsheets are not changed but used by flipping over for 3 days straight unless you complain and make demands in written. Curtains haven't seen water or detergent for ages.
Everything is chargeable and you got to pay in cash.....no ...more

Rude staff... un cooperative and rooms are opened from outside even if u are inside the hotel room...

Lift not working and room in third floor. Pool time only from 8 am. Too late for active people
