The only negative point is its location which is far away from mall road and one have to hire local cab from both side.

the evening live singer/performer did not visit whereas other hotels nearby had the performer. this was because of a short spell of rain. the hotel also didn't have umbrella. food was good.

It was an awesome stay at LA niwasa, away from City hassle, near to court(for landmark)... Parking space available, excellent view from rooms balcony, I booked executive room, food excellent specially paneer tikka... Reception desk is always there to help, hot water, room heater was available..pick drop facility from BD Pandey hospital(mallroad)to hotel..So over all 5/5 ratings.

it is an average hotel around 1.5km from Mall road. The road to the hotel is very narrow and steep. overall okay food and service. however, very unsafe. a staff member opened our hotel room at 10.30pm in the night and later said sorry. he opened it using master key and the room.dod not have a bolt, making it highly unsafe. There are many better hotels at the same price point so my suggestion is to avoid this hotel at all costs. average hotel, highly unsafe, try avoiding.

Stay at La Niwasa by Shivraj was quite good, Restaurant manager Jayant provided good service and was very generous. He provided us good hospitality. Rooms were good and spacious, washrooms were clean and good. Only disadvantage was the food of the property, Could be much more better in an reasonable price. Rates were too high, they Charged Rs. 54/- for a Rs20/- MRP of water bottle.
