though the room was good enough to relax , but we were greeted by a little friend ( rat ) , that is something unexpected in a good hotel like this

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience during my stay at your property. Today, while I was asleep, a lizard appeared on my bed, right beside me. I immediately called the receptionist and informed housekeeping about the issue, but I did not receive any response or assistance. Furthermore, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff, which only added to my frustration. The hotel doesn't match the pictures shown. We were allotted a room, outside which there was a manual generator machine. When the electricity used to fluctuate, they used to come outside our room and yell - to turn it on. Electricity also took around 10-15 mins to restart. When I complained about this to the hotel staff, the owner or the manager, whosoever he was, he started explaining me the rules of running a successful resort, mentioning that this property has four phases, I cannot install au ...more

Although I had booked the delux room, but the room was not at all delux, doors were old fashioned with damaged locks, damaged door hooks, no bathroom mat, no door mat, no fridge, AC not working in that humid weather...no bucked and mug in bathroom...they don't even ask for any new towels and toiletries....it not a 4 star hotel....no proper response from reception as well.....not recommending this resort....waste of money....
