They have given me dirty room previous day but this was a horrible experience....water leakage dirty bathroom and cupboard..... please don't recommend this type of room

Good hospitality. Good hygiene rooms. VFM. Only drawback is the location of the hotel: If you are carrying heavy luggage or with senior citizens it will be a quite challenge as the hotel is located 1 km steep climb down.

Staff is very good, room service is good, rooms are clean but small, restaurant is closed from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm but it is not good, after 9.30 pm the restaurant gets closed and food is not available

Wonderful experience.
Service was awesome
Hotel room was quite spacious and lively .
You feel energised moment you enter in the room .
Staff was very supportive and ready to offer best service .
Buffet options was good with change in the variety every Day .
Location is just 5 min walk from Police Bazaar .

Average. Staff behaviour very rude. They charged me Rs.900/- for a stained towel( not from my room but they claimed ) despite my assurances. Beware of there technique of earning these types of extras incom.

the hotel was really clean and very well maintained. the best part was the clean bathroom. the bathroom has everything u need for .
i really like the location. its located in the police bazar . you can walk to pb for shopping and everything.the hotel is very safe and i am sure i will book it again.
