i am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your property. the experience was far below expectations and caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort.
1. air conditioner not working: upon check-in, the ac in my room was not functioning. despite raising a complaint, i had to wait for over an hour before being shifted to another room.

lodge is very old. ac on roof top above bed is very very old and not serviced for long time. even insects falling from it, so did not even switched on the ac. due to function hall in ground floor non stop sound for full night. the only good thing was the cleanliness of the bathroom. even the entry way to lodge is on a narrow lane full of garbage on both sides.

very unhygienic hotel . no amenities at allnot a family hotel ..dirty bedsheet and pillow coverit was the worst which i bookedeven i didn't stay thereall room were unhygienic and dirtynot a family hotel
