The location is great, but there is no view of the WADE lake. Instead a clogged drain is there. When you open the window, bad odour comes in. 1. Rooms are small (Room 101), 2. rest of them may be bigger but having a bad odour. 3. Rooms have no view at all. 4. No Amenities provided. Only a 5gm Medinix Soap & a shapoo sachet given. 4. In breakfast only Bread and butter is provided with machine made pre-mix tea. 5. no tea or coffee maker is provided in room. 6. Employees are unskilled and has no information. 7. the entrance is covered by employees wet clothings. very poor service.

Manager and staff are good, polite well behaved. Nice location , food are delicious . You can see wards lake from hotel lounge.
All the rooms are on ground floor , rooms are little bit small but good enough for 2 guest. You can't see lake from your window but can see a big rubber tree, you will listen the songs of 🐦 , hotel is noise and pollution free .
Breakfast variations should be more .

Hotel is located in prime location.

room size is tinny ..bed size is small..staff non cooerativd
bathroom was very rubbish condition
water flow was very less
no body clearing the problems
bed size is too small ..difficult to accomadate with kids..when i requested
they refused to provide larger bed saying extra charge will be given..while there is nothing while bokking online
waste of money
only postive thing is location is fine

very near to market for shopping and big room but no wifi internet in room and early morning bathroom lights of all room went off due to some issue, plus in house restaurant serves very slow and most items in menu are not available
