The rooms are good but the staff lacks training. We checked in and arrived in evening thinking that we will dine in room. we were informed that food is not prepared but they will arrange it from outside. when we ordered snacks they insisted that we also order dinner along with snacks. When finally everything arrived we were told that we can't have food in the room else we will spoil the bedsheets. They insisted that we have food on roof top and they will serve it. When we insisted that these things should have been informed during check in the owner allowed us to dine in room.

Location of hotel is walking distance from fort. Staff is very helpful n courtous. Restaurant is good with limited items and gives nice view of fort.

Location is Best. Super deluxe room is awesome. Kitchen staff don't understand Jain food. Overall good experience.
