The location is good for travel purpose however following negative points are there:
1. no value for money-very basic facilities are provided at very high cost
2. no hot water - very difficult to have bath in cold temperatures and feel very frustrating after paying such price
3. staff is very rude and incompatible
4.location is near station but in a very filthy neigbourhood
5.staff don't stock the toiletries daily, you have to followup with them

Hotel is quite good , it has all the amenities, it's at prime location and also very near from CST. Rooms are quite good , services are excellent, breakfast is decent. Overall it was quite pleasant stay here.
It is little overpriced because of the location but rest everything is prefect.

Rooms,staff and service is very nice and most adorable thing is the hotel is walkable from CST, Churchgate, Marine line. and there are many restuarants near the hotels which serves delicious food that's addon
