clean,hot water for bath and drink, parking,tv,wifi,breakfast, location all are good .
they don't have balcony but window view is good.thry have balcony setup in common area it is good for walking.
didn't ask any extra amount over all good experience.
worth the money.

we were given rooms in basement without windows like a dungeon... whatever they speak in other room is clearly heard.no privacy

Booked two rooms, but one of them was not clean and some food items of previous users were still lying on the ground. when I raised a complain, the receptionist was rude and had to literally show them the parts of room which was dirty. Then after acknowledging, they offered to clean the room next day. However, the hotel staff was courteous and tried to help us next day with some of our requests.

it was a worst experience frequent power cut and they don’t have proper generator backup,too much delay for food preparation in restaurant and my family member got stomach upset.hot was not available all the time so our plan was delayed due to that,suffered a lot with 2kids and elderly peoples.bedsheet are not properly washed.i strongly don’t recommend.stayed during may 2025.

it's an old property. only good point is location. food was good. room size is small. washroom flush tank was leaking. no ceiling fan in room. no attached balcony. there was a common balcony on each floor.
